TMC4500ST
a robust gantry system that will support virtually any combination of processes you need, such as:

	Multiple types of plasma torches
	Rotator Infinity Plasma Bevel
	Oxyfuel torches

	Available in widths from 10' to 28' and lengths from 10' to 200'

Titan II
Our Titan II gantry system features multiple processes that yield superior part quality affordably. This machine supports beveling in plasma and oxyfuel, including the Rotator Delta Plasma Bevel. Available in widths from 8' to 14' and lengths from 6' to 100'.

MPC2000
A large gantry machine that will provide high accuracy, repeatability, and durability. This machine can be equipped with multiple carriages and up to five separate processes such as

	Precision and conventional plasma
	Rotator Delta Plasma Bevel
	Oxyfuel
	Markers
	Available in widths from 8' to 24' and lengths from 6' to 100'

MetalMaster Plus
This smaller all in one machine utilizes conventional and precision plasma to produce excellent cut parts. This machine provides unprecedented accuracy and repeatability, as well as the productivity and reliability that all Messer machines provide.
Available in widths 6' and 8' and lengths from 10' to 30'.

EdgeMate®
The rugged frame can support one plasma station and six oxy-fuel stations. It features Messer's newest CNC control the easy to use Global Control S.
Available in widths from 6' to 10' and lengths from 13' to over 50'

EdgeMaster®
This versatile, rigid machine with dual-side drive supports up to two plasma stations or up to six oxy-fuel stations. Featuring Messer's newest CNC control the Global Control S that allows novice operators to master machine operation with minimum instruction. Available in widths from 6' to 12' and lengths from 13' to 80'.

EdgeMax®
This smaller machine takes up less space in your shop, but maximizes your productivity. It features:

	A rugged unitized steel table/frame
	Full capture bearing assemblies
	Low mass aluminum beam driven by dual brushless AC motors
	Available in widths of 6' to 8' and lengths to 12' to 24'

Lifters
Lifters are available for both plasma and oxyfuel torches, at industry leading lift speeds.

Torches
A variety plasma and oxyfuel torches are available, as well as gas controls and height sensing equipment. Whatever your cutting needs, Messer Systems and Welding has the right system for you.

Electric Drill Units
An optional drill feature can be combined with normal plasma and oxyfuel cutting, allowing for more work to be done on the piece part in a single handling.

OmniCAD Nest Software
OmniCAD Nest is designed for part design and nesting together in one application. Created by Messer, it unites OmniCAD, a powerful CAD system for part design; OmniMacro, for generating parts with parameterized macros for standard shapes; and OmniNest, a program for part nesting.

Cutting Tables
In addition to basic cutting and exhaust tables, Messer Systems and Welding offers two self cleaning, zoned exhaust tables, the Slagger® and the Slagger® Plus.

The Slagger®
The Slagger handles material up to 8" thick, all dry plasma systems, and up to 20 torch inches of oxyfuel.

The Slagger® PLUS
The Slagger Plus is for up to 2" material and up to 200 amp plasma.

CNC Controls on all Messer Machines are Based on Microsoft Technology

Global Control Plus
The Global Control CNC system is a modern operating interface based on Microsoft.net technology and a touchscreen display. For use with TMC4500, Titan II, MPC2000, and MetalMaster Plus.

Global Control S
The Global Control S CNC system is based on the Global Control Plus technology also featuring Mircosoft.net technology and a touchscreen display. It is the standard control for use with EdgeMax, Edgemate and Edgemaster.

Several Bevel Cutting Options Meet Your Plasma & Oxy Fuel Cutting Needs
Messer Systems offers plasma and oxyfuel beveling options, in both automatic and manual systems. The automatic systems are fully controlled by the Global Control, with no manual adjustments necessary.

Plasma Beveling Options

Global Rotator Infinity
The Global Rotator Infinity provides contour and transitional bevel cutting. This rotator is available only on the TMC4500ST.

Global Rotator Delta
The Global Rotator Delta provides contour bevel cutting on the Titan II and MPC2000.

Manual Plasma Bevel
The Manual Plasma Bevel cutter offers manually set, straight line longitudinal bevel cutting. It is available on the EdgeMaster, MPC2000, Titan II, and TMC4500ST.

Oxyfuel Beveling Options

Triple Torch Oxyfuel Contour Bevel Unit
The Oxyfuel Triple Torch Contour Bevel Unit provides automatic bevel cutting with manually set bevel angles on the TMC4500ST.

Triple Torch Oxyfuel Straight Line Bevel Unit
The Triple Torch Oxyfuel Bevel provides straight line oxyfuel bevel cutting. It cuts a set angle for multiple bevels in a single pass. Oxyfuel Triple Torch Contour Bevel Unit available on TMC4500ST and Titan II.
